Bitter & Dark Uruapan Chocolate
During my weekend trip to Tijuana I stop by my favorite bakery "Panaderia La Mejor" in downtown Tijuana (11th street). I came across this brand of Mexican Chocolate call "Moctezuma". Mexican chocolate is always a staple in our household specially chocolate Ibarra that goes perfectly with coffee or espresso. I immediately grab the "Uruapan" bar cause I love that bitter, dark chocolate but they also have sweet and semi-sweet. So far so good! Also here's a link to the real Moctezuma.
