Assignment03 is done! The task was to make a four page newsletter of a theme of our choice. I decided to focus mine on Mexican Coffee. Being a long time coffee lover and drinker and with my Mexican heritage this was an easy choice. The newsletter focus a little bit on everything from the History of Coffee in Mexico to the rise of the Co-Ops as well as benefits, recipes and the type of beans that grow in Mexico. I wanted something really colorful with traditional Mexican colors also something clean and easy to read. If your interested in the history of coffee read this.
