Queens of the Tropic

In Mexico we may not had the talented Gypsy Rose Lee but we had and still have some of the most amazing women in the Golden Age of cinema called the Rumberas or Reinas del Tropico.
These women did it all: sign, dance, act, write and even made their own makeup and costumes!
