Power Foods





A couple of weeks ago we pick up this book "Power Foods" mostly because after years of being vegetarians we started eating meat. This decision wasn't the best for us we started getting sick, tired and with guilt but we needed something new and fresh in our diet. This book so far has been the answer. All the recipes are mouthwatering, delicious and simple to make! Here is a list of the basic power foods:
