Here are my favorites chefs. I love Julia Child and Jacques Pepin because they started the whole dream. But these guys are my current heroes.But still I have a little room in my heart for Stefan.
TOP: Hubert Keller (french cuisine) Hung Huynh (vietnamese-american cuisine) Anita Lo (chinese-american cuisine).
BOTTOM: Ina Garnet (french-american cuisine) Ludo Lefebvre (french cuisine) Anthony Bourdain(french cuisine).
I still haven't found a really good mexican chef because nobody cooks better than mom!
