School of Cooking

Yesterday I bought Martha's Stewart's Cooking School book. I been wanting this book for so long and it didn't disappoint. This books is not for professionals is for everyday people who want to learn to cook or to refined their techniques. It's shows the essential tools, golden rules and the prep of veggies, meats and bake goods. It's worth the 45 dollars but if you don't want to spend that much do what I did go to your neighborhood Ross or Marshall it sells there for 10 dollars!
