The Soul of a ChefHere are two books that started reading this year and haven't finish. Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain and The Soul of a Chef by Michael Ruhlman.There both really good but haven't make time for them. So hopefully I will finish by the end of the year before I purchase these one.
