What's in your pantry?

Having a well stock pantry is essential for easy, quick and affordable cooking.
Here some basic items that the cafe ole staff keeps in their pantry for no non-sense cooking.


  1. Cans of tomatoes (including tmt paste), beans, chickpeas, chipotle and coconut milk
  2. Chicken stock, veggie stock and bouillon cubes (beef and shrimp)
  3. Pasta, specially whole wheat and in different sizes for soups
  4. Rice and beans
  5. Breadcrumbs and herbs
  6. Extra-virgin olive oil, canola oil, sesame seed oil, red and white vinegar
  7. Pepper corns, red pepper flakes, sea salt, kosher salt, saffron and curry
  8. Onions, celery, carrots, garlic and parmesano reggiano cheese
  9. Unbleached flour, wheat flour, brown sugar, cane sugar, corn meal and peanut butter
  10. Water
